Onward's drivers are an amazing community who want to make a positive impact in the life of those needing assistance
Beverly has lived in the Walnut Creek area for over 20 years. For the past few years she’s been providing companion care services to older adults she met while lifeguarding at the Rossmoor. She joined Onward because she has some spare time (when not helping out with her new granddaughter) and would like to help out more seniors in her neighborhood.
Perri grew up in the Bay Area. After working in her family's bakery for 15 years, she has recently retired to Contra Costa county. She now travels regularly and volunteers at her church. She joined Onward because she likes helping others in her community and is earning a few extra dollars to fund more international trips.
Prichya has a Masters of Economics and worked for the Canadian government for 22 years before moving to San Francisco. Now that she's retired, she joined Onward because she finds it rewarding to spend time with seniors, having taken care of both her parents and her in-laws. She also volunteers for Food Runners, delivering excess food to neighborhood programs.
